Customer Service Representatives
Karen Wemple-Estes
Karen is Jerry and Janet's second daughter. She also started working in the store when she was a young teenager, just like her older sister Lauri. Like all our CSR's she is very helpful in the store, and over the phone, whenever one of our customers needs assistance. She also knows a lot about stoves and fireplaces.
Karen has three boys that all go to school, so she keeps busy raising the boys before and after school but spends some time each week in the store helping out.
Becky Henderson
Becky is a mom and takes care of the kids and lots of other stuff around the house. When her kids are at school she spends some time each week in our store answering phones and entering computer records. We're glad to have her on our team. Like all of our CSR's, she does a lot of stuff behind the scenes that help our installation crews look good.
Jenna Miller
Jenna came to us not long after she graduated from high school. She has proven to be a big asset for our store and continues to grow in her ability to help our many hearth customers, as well as as our customers who look for her help with gift ware.
She works well with both Karen and Becky, and together they make a great team for customer service. You can count on them to help with whatever you need.
